ROUND 01

AI Income Clash Foundations (Tools & Workflows)

The opening round for professionals, freelancers and side-income learners who have used ChatGPT casually but never for dependable client work. You learn prompt engineering as a craft, build your first repeatable AI workflows, and run honest checks on AI output quality so nothing reaches a client unverified. By the final drill you can take a messy request and produce client-ready AI output that you understand well enough to defend. This is where billable AI work stops being guesswork and starts being a method you can price.

ROUND 02

Client Service Workflow with AI

Round 2 is about turning scattered AI use into a client services engine. You design end-to-end AI workflows for real deliverables — briefs, drafts, revisions and handoffs — using ChatGPT, Copilot and Claude where each performs best. We drill the twelve-minutes-not-three-hours moment: how to let generative AI structure a first pass while you keep judgment and quality control. You leave with a documented workflow for billable work, a review checklist, and the confidence to charge for AI-assisted client services without hiding how the work gets done.

ROUND 03

Packaging AI-Assisted Services for Sale

A side-income offer that sits unsold usually has one problem: no clear deliverable. Round 3 teaches packaging AI services into something a buyer can say yes to — a named outcome, a defined scope, and a boundary around what is included. You practise writing service descriptions, building simple tiers, and separating the AI-assisted process from the promise. The scored drill here is a live pitch of your package to the cohort. By the end you have a sellable service built on repeatable AI processes, not a vague "I can do AI stuff" claim.

ROUND 04

Pricing & Scope for Billable AI Work

The round that protects your income. You learn pricing AI work so a quote survives the revisions that usually erode it — value framing, revision caps, scope statements and the discipline to say what is out of scope. We dissect the quote that collapsed because nobody priced changes, then rebuild it. You practise pricing models for one-off projects and retainers, and stress-test them against awkward client requests. You finish able to price billable work with confidence, knowing which numbers reflect your effort and which quietly give your time away for free.

ROUND 05

Productivity for More Billable Output

Round 5 targets throughput without sacrificing quality. You build AI automation for the repetitive edges of your work — research summaries, formatting, first-draft outreach — so more of your hours land on billable delivery. We measure where time actually goes, then design lightweight AI processes that give it back. The scored drill tracks how much billable output you can complete under a deadline while keeping a human review gate in place. Productivity here means earning more from the same week by removing friction, not by cutting the checks that keep client work trustworthy.

CAPSTONE

Final Clash Capstone — Personal AI Income Action Plan

The closing round pulls every skill together. Over the capstone you assemble a personal AI income action plan: the services you will offer, the AI workflows behind them, your pricing, and the delivery scorecard you will hold yourself to. You present it to facilitators and peers for honest feedback, then leave with a concrete plan for applying AI to billable work in your own market. It is career income upside made specific — a documented path, not a promise. What you earn from it depends on your effort, your clients and your follow-through.
